How can I pay?
The website accepts Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Apple Pay. We can't accept any other forms of payment
How much will my customs fees be?
Since it varies for every country it’s best if you get in touch with your local customs office to find out BEFORE you purchase, just so there’s no surprises.
How long will it take to get my order?
It's coming, promise! We ship orders on Mondays - Fridays, during office hours only, and we don't operate on public holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible (usually within 48 hours) but there might be some delays. Your patience is appreciated.

Duties/Customs fees: Some countries may charge import duties and taxes or other random fees. Sorry, we have no control over this and it's your responsibility to pay for any fees. We suggest you find out what fees are applicable in your country before you order.
Will my order be tracked?
Yes, all orders can be tracked using the Canada Post website online tool. You will need to enter the tracking number to find out about delivery status.
How do I make an order?
Just click on a product you like, the size and colour you like and add to cart. Then just follow the easy checkout process
I’m getting an error when I’m trying to place my order, help!?
In the event of an error, please check you've filled all the details out properly including your name, address and payment info. Still not working? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll see if we can track down the problem.
How do I make changes to my order?
If you’ve made an error when completing your order, email us the order number and the changes you need to make. Unfortunately we can’t add products to your order, but we can change address, shipping or sizes during the a reasonable amount of time, usually 2 hours.
I made multiple orders, can I combine them?
No. We pick, pack and ship each order in the most efficient and fair way (chronologically). We do not have the capacity to do so.
How do I cancel an order?
It’s the same scenario as changing an order, you have two hours from when you made your order to email us at email@example.com to let us know you have to cancel. Why only two hours? Because after that your order slip is printed down in packing, it may be too late.
How do I return an order?
In the event you are not satisfied with your order and it has been less than 30 days from the date of your original order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will then send instructions on how to return the order back to us. You can choose a refund of the product purchase price (shipping not included) or store credit.
Where is my order?
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email from us yet then just drop an email to email us at email@example.com and we’ll investigate. If you have received a shipping notification just consult your tracking number.
I received the wrong item or defective item, what do I do?
Our apologies in advance if this should happen. The best thing to do is email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the faults. If we determine the garment is faulty, we will cover postage for you and of course send you a replacement item.
